Mahalo,
Kim in Hawaii
My family was sitting in the end zone, so we didn't have a clear view of the human "wave" during the half time show - did anyone "catch" it on TV?!?!

Wellllll, since my area is going to get slammed, I'm going to curl up on the couch with a cup of tea, my reader's shawl and read! I'm also going to be talking to my friend who lives in Minnesota.
ReplyDeleteHello Kim, Looks like your family had a good time! Today is an ice day and since I work at an elementary school I get the day off! Laptop and Kindle on couch. Do not enter me please.
ReplyDeleteI am sitting here watching the snow build up on the ice in St. Louis and wish I was warm and toasty in Hawaii. You are truly suffering for us Kim and we thank you for that. But the upside to a snow day is I am reading the ARC for the upcoming Gaelen Foley "My Irresistible Duke" which is the latest in the Inferno Club series. Awesome!
ReplyDeleteThis is perfect because a gigantic snow storm just passed through the east coast last night. And the best part? All classes got canceled!!!! It truly is a snow day!! As much as I'd love to be in sunny Hawaii, I wouldn't give my snow day up :) I'm spending the day babysitting (as the elementary schools have off too), catching up on homework, updating my blog, and just relaxing. Feels nice! :)
ReplyDeleteStephanie
Wow so many winners! and yes we got so much snow...time for sledding! lol
ReplyDeleteCongrats to all of the winners!
ReplyDeleteI don't think it is fair that everyone gets snow except for Florida. I want snow! I have never seen it and I want to make a snowman and have a snowball fight.
Thanks, Kim. Congrats to the winners. We had a little snow storm during the night.
ReplyDeleteOn snow days we always stay home and catch up on soap operas...that's what we've ALWAYS done lol even in grade school. These days, it's hard to find days off so we count our blessings! when I was younger I went out to play in the snow and had snow ball fights...but these days I'd rather relax! LOL
ReplyDeleteIf I had a snow day(we very seldom get snow) I'd curl up on the couch and read a good book.
ReplyDeleteFirst, Congrats to the other winners.
ReplyDeleteWe're getting slammed with snow and ice so it looks like I'll be lounging with one of my books and a nice hot chocolate, soothing music. Perfect. :)

Congrats to the winners!
ReplyDeleteNo snow here in my part of CA. Snow days are fun for kids and dogs but no so much for grownups. Still, as long as I'm warm and there's hot chocolate, I'd snuggle down with a good book.
Stay warm and safe, everyone!
I would spend my day reading and drinking hot cocoa on a snow day=)
ReplyDeleteSnow day. I am so glad I do not live in an area that gets snow on a regular basis.. I hate the cold..brrrrrr.. We have had a few here and when my kids were young we would go out and have snowball fights and build a snowman and they would get cardboard and slide down hills. I let them play and get wet then washed and dried everything and they went out again the next day. Now I stay inside and sip hot tea and read my book or read the blogs I follow.
ReplyDeleteThanks for hosting this giveaway Kim.
