Links in Romance Land!

Hop over to Hawaii on a C17

Hop with me around Romance Land  ....

Gwyn Cready is visiting Kati's ROMANCING RAKES at this link.  Gwyn is celebrating the release of her contemporary romance, A NOVEL SEDUCTION.  I spotlight this innovative book tomorrow here at SOS Aloha.

Ashley March is visiting Mary's THE READING REVIEWER at this link.  Ashley reflects on her two recent historical romances, SEDUCING THE DUCHESS and ROMANCING THE COUNTESS, and shares tidbits about future novels.  Ashley and Mary are giving away books.

Danielle is participating in the SPOOKTACULAR GIVEAWAY HOP at RAMBLINGS FROM THIS CHICK at this link.

Don't read and fly at the same time.

Finally, a special request from Sheila to help those who care for others:

The founders of Caregiver Village, an online community designed exclusively for those who provide care for anyone with special needs, have put aside a portion of the launch funding to support caregiving organizations. For every person that joins Caregiver Village, they will donate $1 to that persons organization of choice:

Caregiver Village members connect with friends, participate in book clubs with celebrity authors, journal,  and learn valuable information about caregiving.

I lost my father last January to Alzheimer's.  It was a devastating disease and took its toll on my mother (especially with me living 5000 miles away in Hawaii).   My father was a book lover and his favorite author was Lord Byron.  How appropriate that I love Regency Romance!

Lord Byron

Coming to SOS Aloha this week,

10/25:  Gwyn Cready's A NOVEL SEDUCTION

  1. Great cover! I like the mix of modern with historical aspect to it and it does answer the question of what they wear under those kilts.

As always perfect interview and discussion.

  2. What a nice gesture with Caregiver Village. I've come across this blog, http://www.5minutesforspecialneeds.com/, through its sister blog 5 minutes for books. Will leave a link to this post there.

  12. My Father has Alzheimer's. He has been in hospital because he fell 4 times in one week. The thought was this would transition him into a home. However, in hospital he had a heart attack - bad right. WELL, he came out of it physically stronger & more mentally alert than he has been in years. So, it looks like when he is discharged he will go back home. All the Doctors are scratching there heads with this one.
