Forever's Western Blog Tour (part 2): Katie Lane's CATCH ME A COWBOY

Continuing Forever's Western Blog Tour, Katie Lane lives among modern cowboys in Texas.  From her bio,

Now Katie spends her days at a computer daydreaming, while the rest of the time she enjoys hanging with her family, reading, going to the gym, playing golf, motorcycle riding, traveling, or just snuggling next to her snoring prince. (Snoring might seem like a minor imperfection when compared to a three-legged horse, but believe me it’s not) Because if the little girl of the clouds learned anything over the years, it was that every moment in life is a happily-ever-after just waiting to be fulfilled.

Katie is celebrating the release of her third book in her DEEP IN THE HEART OF TEXAS series, CATCH ME A COWBOY:

Shirlene Dalton has it all: a dream marriage to a man who spoils her rotten and the most outrageous mansion Bramble, Texas, has ever seen. But when her husband unexpectedly dies, Shirlene finds herself right back where she started-in a rundown trailer on the wrong side of the tracks. Never the type to let a little bad luck and a whole heap of heartache get her down, Shirlene is ready to prove to the local gossips she can make it on her own . . . until she ends up living next door to the most tempting cowboy in town.

Billy Wilkes has a score to settle and a plan to wipe Bramble right off the map. But when his sexy, redheaded neighbor figures out what he’s up to, his good ol’ boy charm won’t be enough to save him. With the town on his tail, Billy will have to come clean quick-or kiss Shirlene goodbye.

Forever is giving away a print copy of CATCH ME A COWBOY plus RC Ryan's QUINN to three randomly selected commenters.  To enter the giveaway,

1.  Leave a comment about cowboys - what do you associate with them?

My first thought is the Dallas Cowboys - I always admired Navy veteran, Heisman Trophy Winner, and Super Bowl Champion Roger Staubach.

2.  Forever's giveaway is open to US residents only .... one international reader will win a "paniolo" souvenir.

3.  Comments are open through Saturday, March 24, 10 pm.  I'll post the winners on Sunday, March 25.

Mahalo,

  5. I agree, love the Dallas Cowboys. Loved Roger Staubach. But love Emmett Smith and Troy Aikmen more. Always has been my fav football team ever. I also think of those sexy men, in cowboy boots, cowboy hats, and sexy blue jeans and shirts. Think cowboy hats are sexy, and would love to ride one(sicko I was talking about the horse)LOL.
These are both new authors for me and would love to win and read both of these books.

  8. When I think of cowboys, I picture hats, boots, and horses. Which makes me want to sneeze (I am allergic to horses, which is not good considering I live in Kentucky--known as the horse capital, lol)

  10. I live in Texas, but I'm not really around cowboys much. Things I would associate with cowboys: horses, the rodeo, boots, spurs, cowboy hats, ranches, Western movies, stagecoaches, guns, saloons, brawls and TV shows--Gunsmoke, Bonanza and The Wild, Wild West.
