Nalini Singh and Julie James

I was a winner at the RT Booklovers' Convention - I enjoyed hobnobbing with Romance Stars!   I will post recaps this coming week. Last Tuesday, I joined the pre-convention tour of the Place de la Musique - The Sanfilippo Collection.  I've posted pictures at ALOHA ON MY MIND at this link.   Meanwhile, a group of authors attended Barbara Vey's Reader Appreciation Luncheon.  In fact, they took a limo:

Here's CH Admirand (left) and Cathy Maxwell, looking chipper for an early morning departure with a Chicago chill!

Always dramatic is Renee Bernard (right) and her friend Carrie.

TimTams in hand, the Aussies join the fun - Jennifer, Megan, and Andrew.

Can you imagine being in this limo with them?!?!

Mahalo,

Kim in Hawaii

April's month long promotion is CLEAN OUT MY CONVENTION STASH. I will select one US reader, one Canadian reader, and one International reader from all my blogs posts in April at SOS ALOHA, THE READING REVIEWER, and ALOHA ON MY MIND. The US winner can select up to 10 books (to fill up a small flat rate box) from my current convention stash to make room for new books coming from RT 2012. The Canadian and International readers can select one book, too!

CLEAN OUT MY CONVENTION STASH is open through Monday, April 30, 10 pm in Hawaii. I'll post the winner on Tuesday, May 1.

  1. Tim Tams are awesome, are they not? My Aussie friend sent me some for my birthday one year (she promised to send me some). My boys loved them too.
